Pepper plants are beautiful and the abundant harvests will add spice to any dish. Spicy, little bright red peppers produce abundantly on lush foliage. Thai Peppers, also known as Red Fire Peppers, add zip and color to salsas and stir-fry dishes; chopped fine, they can replace Cayenne pepper for heat and flavor. Thai Peppers rate between 40,000 - 50,000 SHU. SHU is the Scoville Heat Unit which is a measurement of capsaicin (the stuff that makes peppers hot!)

Thai Pepper Seed Pod Kit (6-Pod) is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very productive little plants! I saw the older reviews and decided to try it anyway. My other kits had turned out very well (the herbal garden ones) and this set hasn't disappointed. I kept the garden in a place that got a light breeze, and did blow on the blooms. I had one pepper and one of the cherry tomato plants in my 6-count garden and they've taken over the planter! One month in and I Have 2 dozen tomatoes and at least that many peppers. Either I have new and improved pods.... or I read the instructions fully. Remember, you HAVE to pollinate !!!! Hope this helps!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mold and bad package labeling Had a fun time growing previous pods, so decided to get new seed pod and was really disappointed :( I guess it makes sense why they are on sale. 1. When through the same process as before but with this pod mold started to grow all over the seed pod. It has been 3 weeks now and the seeds still have not sprouted. 2. The labeling on the package is very confusing. They say "6 pods" when it is really only two...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mold and no peppers I got this as well as mint as replacements for pods that never sprouted. The replacements also failed to sprout and then I finally went to discard them, I saw mold on the Thai peppers pod.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Most pods growing, but slowly. Started with 3 pods. After a month, one small plant is growing slow but well, second plant just started growing - has primary leaves and one other set, and third pod has not grown at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3 sets never sprouted I went through three sets of these using the Aerogarden guarantee and none of the pods from any of the sets grew. Don’t waste your time and money.
