Pros
Maybe even more prolific than AeroGarden’s pictures. An amazing number of flowers and tomatoes. Easy to grow in the aerogarden. So so many small tomatoes.
Cons
They have a tart taste. The difference between ripe and underripe and overripe is a matter of a day or two, and underripe is just not edible. Ripe is tart. Overripe is tart and mealy in texture. And size is no guide, nor skin appearance. A thick skin for a small tomato, and can be just over pea size to normal cherry tomato size. Most are just around 3/4 of an inch or 20mm in size.

Not much interest in growing again.
Prefer the heirloom red or golden varieties. (Posted over a month ago)
Customer Service Response:
The taste of the mighty mini are more for sauces and salsa, and the heirloom variety will have the flavor you associate with tomatoes at the grocery store. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy this variety, so I have sent you two different heirloom options you can plant when your current harvest is complete.

These plants are thriving and producing massive amounts of cherry tomatoes, with the home grown taste. Highly recommended. (Posted over a month ago)

Lots of flowers and lots of fruit - bunches in fact. Downside is they are tart, not a juicy tomato flavored fruit. They seem to flower once and then die off. They're a fun diversion, but not a set I'd reorder. (Posted over a month ago)

I was somewhat skeptical of the picture (as many people are). How could a 5"-6" plant produce that many toms?

I decided to grow some in my 3-pod Lady Bug & my 3-pod "Black Bug" Aerogardens because my large gardens have been tied up with seed starting for the outside Summer garden.

I have been pleasantly surprised. My little tom plants are about 7"-8" tall. They were covered in flowers by 7 weeks of age. Now, at 9 weeks, the flowers are falling off to reveal the tiny newborn toms. I counted 50 baby toms on 4 plants.

Actually, there are 6 plants total. The 3 plants in the Lady Bug are all the same size. The 3 plants in the Black Bug are not equal. One plant grew to 8" very fast & over shadowed the other 2. The 2nd plant is 3" with tiny buds forming & the 3rd plant is only 1.5" without buds. I pruned the tallest plant so the other 2 could get more light & catch up with the tall one.

I still find it amazing that there are 50 toms on 4 plants & they're just getting started. Can you imagine what a 9-pod garden would look like with 9 of these productive little plants growing? I'll bet they WOULD resemble the picture on the website. I will update and let you know. Maybe I will send a picture of my "Bug" gardens when the plants reach maturity. (Posted over a month ago)

I started 6 mini tomatoes in my two, round, 3-pod gardens about nine weeks ago. They are so cute. Four of them are seven to eight inches tall. They're covered with flowers and a few small tomatoes.
I was skeptical about planting nine plants in my Bounty gardens but now I see it would be possible without crowding.
I'll update the review after I taste the tomatoes. (Posted over a month ago)

Do we need to prune the mini cherry tomatoes. What do we cut off? (Posted over a month ago)
Customer Service Response:
The Mighty Mini Tomatoes will grow to just 6 - 8" in height and require very little pruning. Snip as needed to keep them within the footprint of the AeroGarden, and remove the bottom branches if they begin to brown. Please email customerservice@aerogrow.com or call customer service @ 1-800-476-9669 if you have other questions. Thank you.
