Subscription Terms: (Subscribe To Save Model)

If you purchase a subscription service, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms:

Automatic Charges. Your subscription shall automatically renew and your default payment method on file will automatically be charged according to the pre-selected frequency until you cancel your subscription. For annual subscriptions, you will be notified by email at the email address provided 30-60 days from the date of renewal; for all other subscription frequencies, you will be notified 10 days prior to each charge. To avoid the next charge you must cancel or skip your subscription by the date indicated in the notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your AeroGarden account. We will charge your default payment method for any and all subscriptions at the time of renewal(s). Please note, updating your default payment method will update the payment method for all current subscriptions.

Subscription Price. The price you will be charged for each subscription renewal will be determined by the prevailing price on this site of the subscription product at the time of each renewal minus your 30% off. This base price excludes applicable taxes and shipping (if applicable). Pricing is subject to change up to the time of charge. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with the final renewal price.

Product Availability. If a product is discontinued your subscription will automatically be canceled. If your product is not available at the time of renewal, you will receive a notification. We will continue to attempt to place your renewal order for up to 30 days. If we are unable to place your renewal order after 30 days, the order will be canceled. In the event your product is not available, you will be able to make changes to your subscription, including canceling, during this 30 day window or until your order is placed.

Returns/Refunds. In order to avoid the next charge, you must cancel or skip your subscription by the date provided in the notice. Once charged, we cannot refund your payment or cancel your shipment. Please note that any applicable product guarantees or warranties will continue to apply to products purchased under subscription.
