Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works very well I bought this kit to go with the 9-pod AeroGarden I purchased, to give me the flexibility to add more Basil to my herb garden. It was easy to put seed in the seed pod, and I had everything up and running in a short time. I've had it about six weeks, and I am eating basil and chives and others daily. I live in snow country, and this product is allowing me to have herbs all winter long in an easy way. I am enjoying it.

We are at the end of March now and we have so many herbs (mainly dill and Thai basil) that we are giving them away! Made chicken in a lemon basil cream sauce last night (used the fresh basil and parsley) and my son was particularly happy that he was able to contribute from his garden. It’s almost time to transplant his garden outside. We’ll be looking for more fun things to grow!

I wish I could of pick the seats that I want it..it comes with those that I really don’t use but I am going to use it ..it grows beautiful I love everything about this. it makes life much easier .

The “dirt cones” were loose in the box, causing some minor damage, nothing major, but it would be wise to bag or secure them somehow. The cardboard disks were too big to fit inside of the rim of the plastic covers, and had to be cut down. Other than that all is good.

Assembly was easy other than lights. Figured out how to even them up simply by playing with it. Instructions should have this, So far so good!!!

My original planter and herb pods were a gift, but after starting and potting them I ordered more seeded pods and a pod kit.
