Where's my order?
Our warehouse is shipping out thousands of packages each day, but there may be delays in individual orders as we work to get everything processed due to unforeseen circumstances. Your order may take a few days longer than normal to ship, and the estimated shipping time communicated at checkout may also be off by a few days. We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Look for an automated email with tracking information when your order ships, and from that, you can track your order in real-time. Please be just a bit more patient with us than normal, and you should have With your order delivered soon.
Which carrier is shipping my order?
Orders in the US are shipped with USPS or FedEx. Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS.
How do I set up my garden?

What if my seeds don’t germinate?
We have a 100% seed pod Germination Guarantee. If you have a seed pod that doesn’t germinate after 21 days, let us know so we can replace it for you. How loud should the pump be? How often does the pump run?
The pump in your AeroGarden is virtually silent unless it’s low on water. Pumps are set to start running for only 5 minutes every half hour (in most AeroGarden models). To see a guide for your garden with more information and how to test your pump visit our Product Guides page.
