Vegan Rainbow Pizza Recipe

A gluten-free, parsley-infused crust serves as the base for this heavenly, healthy, rainbowtastic pizza from Gabrielle Reyes (@onegreatvegan). Top it with whatever colorful ingredients you’d like–along with a heaping bunch of fresh basil from your indoor herb garden!    

Easy Herb Pizza Crust Ingredients

3 cups Gluten-Free Flour, plus extra for dusting 
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1-2 teaspoons Salt
¼ cup fresh Parsley, chopped
2 cups vegan plain Yogurt


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form onto cookie sheet, spray with cooking spray and bake at 500º for 12-18 minutes, or until slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before adding toppings, as desired. 

Recommended Toppings

1-3 cups vegan Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Pizza Sauce
1-2 cups chopped Tomatoes 
1-2 cups chopped Bell Peppers
1-2 cups chopped Zucchini 
1-2 cups chopped Broccoli
1-2 cups chopped Red Onion 
2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes 
3 tablespoons chopped Fresh Basil 


Bake at 500º for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and the crust is cooked to your liking.
