  1. How will the App tell me if my AeroGarden needs water or nutrients?

    Your mobile device will send you Alert Notifications.   You will see the notifications on the locked screen of your mobile device, as a small red flag on the App icon, and inside your "My AeroGardens" section, also as small red flags.
  2. How do I know if I have a Wi-Fi AeroGarden?

    Currently, only the AeroGarden Bounty comes with Wi-Fi capabilities. You will know you have a Bounty Wi-Fi AeroGarden because it will have the Wi-Fi logo to the right of the clock on the AeroGarden touch screen.
  3. Can I name my AeroGarden?

    Yes! From your App Home page, click on Menu on the upper right corner and then click on "Account Settings."  From there you can chose "Change Garden Name."  Type over the name of your AeroGarden and the keyboard will appear.  Now you can rename your AeroGarden, then click "Done".
  4. Can I reach Customer Service from my AeroGarden Wi-Fi?

    You cannot connect to Customer Service from your AeroGarden Bounty Wi-Fi, but you can connect from your AeroGarden App. From your App, go to Menu and select Contact Us, and from there you can contact Customer Service directly via e-mail, phone or chat..
  5. How do I know if my AeroGarden is connected to my Wi-Fi Network?
