6-7 vine-ripe red & yellow cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 pound cherry-sized mozzarella balls
15-20 leaves fresh basil
Extra-virgin olive oil  for drizzling
Coarse salt and pepper

On a platter arrange tomato and mozzarella balls and fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle salad with oregano and arugula and drizzle with oil. Season salad with salt and pepper.
