Salmon log copy


1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese ( softened)
1 ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tsp Finely chopped green onion (green tops included)
1 ¼ Tsp Prepared Horseradish
½ Tsp Liquid Smoke
¼ Tsp Salt
½ Cup Chopped Pecans
4 Tbsp Fresh Snipped Parsley
2 Tbsp Chopped Pimiento and Green Olives

Drain and flake salmon removing skin and bones. Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine and mix parsley, pecans, olives, and pimientos. Shape salmon mixture into a round log shape and roll in nut mixture. Chill well. Pass with assorted crackers.
