Red Bell Pepper & Feta Cheese Dip

1 (3.5oz.) pkg. of Feta cheese
1 medium Red Bell Pepper -seeded
1 clove of garlic- pressed
2 tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
pinch of Cayenne pepper, or a few dashes of hot pepper sauce.
Place all ingredients into food processor to puree, or liquefy in blender. Top with chopped walnuts. May add diced tomatoes on the side as an additional option. Serve with pita chips, pita bread, French bread, bagel crisps, etc. It's so delicious!
