Lemon Basil Rice Pilaf


4 cups cooked white or brown rice
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
1 Tbsp toasted pine nuts
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil

Preparation:  Serves 4
Cook rice according to package directions; transfer into a serving bowl. Stir in basil, pine nuts, lemon zest and juice, and olive oil; serve immediately.
