3 oz crumbled feta cheese¼ cup buttermilk3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1 shallot1 Tbsp minced fresh oregano leaves¼ tsp pepper2 Tbsp olive oil¼ small red bell pepper, seeded and roughly chopped2 Tbsp kalamata olives, pitted
Preparation: Makes about 1 cup
Process first 6 ingredients (through pepper) in a food processor until smooth. Gradually add oil in a steady stream, processing until smooth. Add bell pepper and olives and pulse 3 seconds.
