This is especially good over fresh steamed vegetables such as asparagus, green beans or broccoli


¼ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
3 Tbsp lemon zest
⅛ cup lemon juice
¼ cup lemon-flavor olive oil or extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper

Preparation:  Makes about ¾ cup dressing
Mix basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic together in small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
