Did you know that several AeroGarden herbs are members of the same botanical family? Thyme, oregano, marjoram, mint, basil, sage, and savory are close relatives, and, interestingly, you can often substitute one for another and come up with something fresh and interesting. For example, try using basil instead of mint in your mojito, or mint on your fresh sliced tomato salad. Replace sage with thyme in your poultry stuffing - or use them both! Replace oregano in your tomato-based pasta sauce with savory, or sage. We'd love it if you'd share your experiments on our blog, www.aerogardenblog.com.
