Tip of the Day: Freeze your extra herbs in an ice tray in olive oil! This works great with "hard" herbs such as thyme, marjoram, savory, oregano, and sage (not so well with "soft" herbs such as basil, mint and dill that lose a lot when frozen). Add a couple of herbed olive oil cubes to your cooking pot instead of regular cooking oil for an instant infusion of wonderful flavor!
