... - just chop the fronds (don't use the stems) and add to potato salad; or throw in a pan with melted butter and a squeeze of lemon juice to pour over steak or salmon; or mix chopped dill with cream cheese for a great dip. Add dill toward the end of cooking for best flavor, and you can store it refrigerated for several days in a sealed plastic bag.
