10 oz egg noodles

2 Tbsp unsalted butter

½ cup vegetable broth, heated

¼ cup chopped fresh chives

2 tsp garlic powder

¾ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Preparation Serves 8

Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain in a colander and immediately toss with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
