Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes better use system for starting seedlings The Aero garden is great for rooting cuttings or starting seeds. They have so many healthy roots and it takes the guess work out of when to water my starter plants. I like starting my own pepper plants in January and transplanting them once they have good roots and 3 mature leaves (February) I get better rooting with the plugs on cuttings and it's worth it to have the seed plugs when transplanting seedlings to prevent breaking the stems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No idea but I do have concerns ... I have no idea how a review of a product before use is supposed to be accurate? The idea behind the design is sound. My concerns are ... 1. There are no refills for the growth medium included so it's a one shot deal with purchase. 2. What are the harden off instructions for the seedlings? Do I add additional food before removing the seedlings? Sending a request for review should be sent several months after receipt of purchase not a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a nice addition to my garden Bought this so I can start a few spices and greens for my small outdoor food garden. It's a perfect fit for my Sprout. It's a very well made heavy plastic that should have no issues with lasting forever (or through the life of the unit). I can't wait to use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'll be starting 14 plants for Spring gardening! I am so happy with this purchase and can't wait to start plants for my garden this year, but I was missing 1 grow sponge with the kit. It really wasn't a big deal so I didn't bother to ask to have just one grow sponge shipped. Other than that, I am thrilled!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sprout seed start It makes seed starting so easy. I struggled with grow lights and heat mat before. Noe just pop the seeds in grow sponges and keep water level steady. Easy peasy!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seed Starting 11/29/18 Bought the Seed Starting System to have more seedlings than the traditional Sprout 3. Started Hynoki Cypress as an experiment. Time will tell.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Weird green slime growing on top of sponges I bought a few months ago and I've noticed have my sponges are dark green/black while others are the brown/dark wet brown color they should be. What is this weird green slime growing on half my sponges? It's killed my seedlings and not sure if its gonna spread to my healthy sprouts. Otherwise very convenient and easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must-have tool for any gardener It's great if you have limited space and you want to grow or start a lot plants. I used it to start my Parisian carrots, micro tomatoes, garlic chives, and Malabar spinach.
