I'm having trouble tracking my AeroGrow order.


All US orders are picked up from our warehouse by FedEx; orders weighing ten pounds or more are sent by FedEx ground transportation and delivered  to your front door.  The tracking number of these orders can be tracked at


Orders under one pound are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, and are delivered by UPS to your local post office and become part of your regular mail delivery. Tracking numbers for these orders begin with "ORD", and to track them just click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or call Customer Service at 800-476-9669. 


Orders from one to ten pounds are shipped UPS Basic; at UPS's discretion, these may be delivered either to your door or to your local post office.  Tracking numbers for UPS Basic orders start with "1Z" but have the letters "PT" in the middle of the number. They can be tracked at or by clicking on the Tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.  If you are at the correct website and you are still unable to track your package, please check again later in the day or wait until the following morning. We send you the tracking numbers as soon as they are assigned at our warehouse, but  there may be a short delay between the time the number is assigned and the time the package is in UPS's hands and posted on their website.   You can also check on the status of your order by clicking here to register.
