We will accept returns for any products ordered from AeroGrow within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus your original shipping cost. Please call AeroGrow Customer Service at 1-800-476-9669 and we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. Orders returned without an RMA number may not be refundable, or may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return shipping charges for any products returned to AeroGrow are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you always use a shipping service that offers trackability, such as FedEx or UPS. AeroGrow will not be held responsible for returned products that are shipped without tracking. Please keep your tracking number until you have verified that your return has been received and your account credited. When the order is received at our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded for the original purchase price (less the original shipping charge) within 10 days. The refund can be issued only to the account to which it was originally charged.
AeroGrow does not accept returns purchased from any other retailers.
