We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your AeroGarden purchase, just return it within 30 days for a full refund – no questions asked. We guarantee that your seed kits will germinate. If for any reason they don't, contact us and we'll rush you a new kit (or appropriate seed pods). Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-476-9669 to arrange for a merchandise return or for questions related to our quality guarantee.

U.S. Order Shipping & Handling Information
Policies:
- Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to our fulfillment center.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for Economy Ground Delivery method.
- Some shipments are sent via UMI, a UPS service that hands the package to the Post Office for final delivery. Once handed to the Post Office, tracking information is not available.
- Expedited 2-Day delivery service is available for an additional cost.
- Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days, based on in-stock availability.
- Shipping rates apply to shipments made within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Trust Territories will incur additional shipping costs.
- P.O. Box deliveries can only shipped via Economy Ground Delivery method.
- Sorry, international shipments (outside of the US and Canada) are not available at this time.
- APO/FPO/AE - We are able accept orders from military addresses, however we cannot guarantee delivery to the customer once the package reaches the military mail processing facility. Place your order at your own risk.

- Shipping rates will vary depending on destination. An exact quote can be obtained at check out based on destination and total order weight.
- A flat brokerage fee of $5.00 is included in the shipping and handling quote. For orders over $50 the brokerage fee is waived.
