Widely considered the largest, hardiest, and most adaptable spruce on the planet, the Norway Spruce thrives in almost all conditions in North America. It grows fast too - up to 3 feet a year once established, and to soaring heights - reaching more than 100 feet tall. In the AeroGarden, the spruce seeds sprout quickly and the young trees are adorable! Young plants can quickly be readied for transplant or can live in the AeroGarden for up to a year, and readily make the transition from AeroGarden to pots and then into the yard or garden space.
