If you hear a humming sound coming from the air pump in the AeroGarden base but don't see bubbles coming from the air stone in the water bowl, then most likely it has become clogged with debris. This debris comes from minerals in the nutrient solution and from fine dust particles in the air, the pump draws in. The air stone can become plugged up in just a few months, and we recommend replacing (they are not expensive) it before every new planting. Click here to purchase.
If you do not hear a humming sound from your AeroGarden base, then your air pump has failed and the base needs to be replaced. If your Aerogarden was purchased less than 12 months ago, it will be replaced under warranty' otherwise, you will need to purchase it. Call us at 800-476-9669.
