The only source of noise in the AeroGarden 7 is a water pump that cycles water through the openings in the Grow Deck. A good pump is whisper quiet, but if yours is not, plant roots may have been drawn into its impeller. Cleaning the pump will often reduce or eliminate the noise, and it's an easy job! If the pump is still noisy after being cleaned, then it needs to be replaced. If you have owned your AeroGarden for less than 12 months, call customer service at 800-476-9669 for a warranty replacement.
