Any AeroGarden order placed with AeroGrow may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus your original shipping cost. Please call AeroGrow Customer Service at 1-800-476-9669 and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number that must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. Shipping charges for any products returned to AeroGrow are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you always send us your products through a shipper that offers trackability, such as FedEx or UPS. AeroGrow will not be held responsible for returned products that are shipped without tracking. Please keep your tracking number until you have verified that your return has been received and your account credited. When the order is received back at our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded your purchase price (less the original shipping charge) within 14 days.
